As a fun, inexpensive getaway, my boyfriend and I went to Newport, Oregon for a day trip. In a single day we managed to spend several hours at the local aquarium, do a little shopping, get dinner at Mo's, and finish off the day by watching the sunset from the beach. It was absolutely beautiful and probably the best mini-break from school I could've asked for. Here are some pictures from our journey:
